Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Claribizz website and service. By starting a trial or buying a plan, you agree to them. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Claribizz" mean Claribizz, and "you" means the business signing up.

1. The service

Claribizz is a managed customer support service. We set up an automated assistant for your business that answers your customers' questions on your website and, where available, on WhatsApp, and passes conversations it cannot handle to your team. We build, test and maintain the assistant for you.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate and up-to-date information about your business, and to tell us when it changes. You are responsible for the information you give us, and for making sure you have the right to use it. You will not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

3. How the assistant works

The assistant writes its replies automatically, using the information you provide. We work to keep its answers accurate, and it is designed to hand over to your team when it is unsure. But automated replies can contain mistakes, and we cannot guarantee that every answer will be correct or complete. You should review how the assistant answers during setup and tell us about anything that needs changing.

4. Free trial

Plans start with a free trial. If you do not continue at the end of the trial, you will not be charged. We may limit trials to one per business.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are shown on our pricing page. They include a monthly plan fee and may include a one-time setup fee. Payments are handled by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle, and Paddle's checkout terms apply to the payment. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on where you are, and this is shown at checkout. If we change our prices, we will tell you in advance, and the change will apply from your next billing period.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel your plan at any time by contacting us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Our refund policy explains when you can get money back.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of interruptions. We may update, change or pause parts of the service to maintain or improve it.

8. Ownership

You keep ownership of your business information and content. We keep ownership of the Claribizz service, website and software. You give us permission to use your information to provide the service to you.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the service

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. If we end the service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any fees you have paid for the period after it ends.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and we will tell you about important changes.
